Appendix C: Re-loading System Firmware
The AP (application program) firmware of SE5002 can be disabled If a wrong version is downloaded.
To disable the current version of firmware and re-load the correct one, do the followings:
1. Turn power off, open SE5002 case.
2. Short pin1 to pin2 on jumper JP1 (on the right-top corner of the main board) to disable the current AP
firmware.
3. Turn SE5002 power on.
4. Download the correct AP firmware. .
5. Open pin1 and pin2 on jumper JP1 to enable AP firmware.
6. Close the case and continue operations.

D.1. SerialManager Introduction
SerialManager, developed by ATOP, is a special tool for device management and configuration, and can
realize the daily management on various ATOP network devices for address search, device positioning,
parameter configuring, firmware downloading and so on.
