•
Thread the serger for a 3-thread Overlock stitch using the Center Needle.
•
Turn the Stitch Selection Dial to “A” on the Stitch Display Panel.
•
Serge finish one 5” raw edge on each piece of fabric.
•
Using your BERNINA sewing machine and a standard

” seam allowance, seam the
two pieces of fabric together along the serged edges.
•
Press the seam open.
•
Trim and mount the sample.

2 pieces light weight linen 2½ X 5”

THREAD:
3 cones of serger thread
PRESSER FOOT: Standard
Wrap the fabric edge with strips of bias cut
tricot or water soluble stabilizer before serging
for added support while stitching.
Use a Center Needle 3-thread Overlock as a
seam finish on light weight woven fabrics.
