Making copies using the “ERASE” function

Position the document to be copied.

Refer to “Loading the document” on page 3-18.

Press the [Function] key.
The COPY FUNCTION
menu appears.

Press the [+] or [,] key until “ERASE” is selected, and then press the
[OK] key.

Press the [+] or [,] key until “LEFT ERASE”, “UPPER ERASE” or “UP-
PER ERASE” is selected, and then press the [OK] key.
“/” appears beside “ERASE” in the COPY FUNCTION menu.
