If “PDF” was selected, the encryption settings can be specified. If nec-
essary, touch [Encrypt].

Specify the encryption settings.
– Encryption Level1: Select the encryption level.
– Password: Enter the password that is required for opening data that
is encrypted (up to 32 alphanumeric characters). To confirm the
password, enter the password again.
– Permissions: Enter the password that is required for changing the
permissions for a document (up to 32 alphanumeric characters). To
confirm the password, enter the password again.
