3.3 Registering Abbreviated Destinations
Abbreviated destinations can be specified. Up to 2000 destinations can be
registered when the optional hard disk drive is installed, and up to 1000 des-
tinations can be registered if the optional hard disk drive is not installed.
E-Mail Destinations
E-mail addresses can be registered.

In the Scan screen, touch [1 Address Book]. (Refer to page 3-5 for
more details.)

Touch [1 E-Mail].
The E-Mail screen appears.

Touch [New].
The Register E-Mail Address screen appears.

Touch [Name] and type in the name using the keyboard that appears
on the screen.

board that appears on the screen.
