eGatherer
The
eGatherer
command
can
be
found
in
C:\Program
Files\Common
Files\Lenovo\egatherer\egather2.exe.
The
egather2.exe
creates
an
EG2
output
with
the
collected
information.
It
can
also
create
a
local
XML
output
file
that
it
stores
in
the
home
folder.
Note:
The
EG2
file
is
an
internal
format.
Two
XML
files
will
be
created,
one
for
the
system
information
and
one
for
the
demographic
information.
The
name
of
the
XML
file
is
created
by
combining
manufacturer,
model-type
and
serial
number.
For
example:
Lenovo-2373Q1U-
99MA4L7.XML,
Lenovo-2373Q1U-99MA4L7.DEMOGRAPHICS.XML
.
The
scanner
can
be
executed
from
a
command-line
by
using
the
following
command-line
