Hang the frame on support bars or directly
to studs. Level and secure around device/
application needing future access and
service.
Use frame as a template to cut the access
hole.
Drywall to the frame (finish panel will work
with ⅝" drywall thickness only). Mud all gaps
for a clean finished installation.
Level frame, trace, remove frame and cut
hole.
Insert cover/panel into frame.
Apply a bead of adhesive around perimeter
of frame and insert as shown. Remove
excess adhesive. Snap cover/panel into frame once adhesive
has set.
