Connecting to a wireless access point
≥ The number of wireless access points you can register differs depending on the Wi-Fi mode.
In [LIVE CAST], you can register up to three wireless access points; in [Wireless Network Mode],
you can register only one access point.
≥ In [LIVE CAST], this unit will try to connect to the first wireless access point, and if the attempt
fails, it will try to connect to the second one, and so on.
≥ For information on how to set the items with the “Image App”, refer to [Help] in the “Image App” menu.
Check if the wireless access point you are using is compatible with WPS
j If the wireless access point is compatible with WPS:
Proceed to the following [WPS Connection]
j If the wireless access point is not compatible with WPS:
Proceed to “Searching for wireless access points to set up a connection” (

Press the joystick to select the menu.

Select [New], then press the joystick.

Select [WPS Connection], then press the joystick.

Set the wireless access point to waiting for WPS.
≥ For further details, please read the operating instructions for the wireless
access point. (When using a tethering connection, please read the
operating instructions for the smartphone.)
≥ When the connection is complete, a message will be displayed and the
screen will return to the connection destination setting screen. Select
[EXIT], then press the joystick to finish the setup.
≥ A message is displayed when the connection attempt fails. Press the
joystick to exit, then set the connection again.
