Capacity
The gadgets Space Capacity and Summary of Hierarchy provide an overview of
capacity (available rack-mount space) in your data center.
• Space Capacity shows the total available rack-mount space (U). The gray blocks
represent space capacity which is the sum of the individual capacity limits that you
assign to each rack. The blue bar represents the amount of space used by
equipment which is the sum of the individual spaces that you assign each device.
• Summary of Hierarchy shows the number of rooms, racks and devices that you are
monitoring.
Events
The gadget Events lists all the critical events and custom events. Move your mouse
over a cell to see the full Event Type, Description or Time Stamp. Click on the link under
the Entity column to see the rack/device summary page. Use the scroll bar at the bottom
of the gadget to see more events.
