8.10 Recovery Procedures

3 Start the Exchange Management Shell by clicking Start > Program Files > Exchange >
Exchange Management Shell.
4 In the Exchange Management Shell, enter the following:
where:
◆ is the user whose mailbox you wish to recover.
◆ is the name of the recovery datatbase that was previously created.
5 To restore mailbox content into the Recovery folder, enter the following:

◆ is the user name of the user’s mailbox.
6 To restore specific Email messages, enter the following:

◆ is the user whose mailbox you wish to recover.
◆ is the name of the recovery datatbase that was previously created.
◆ is a keyword inthe Email subject line.
◆ is a keyword in the Email contents.
◆ is a specific folder in the user’s mailbox.
