Ensure that paper specifications are within the recommended

Verify that the paper type configured in the printer control panel for
Tray 4 matches the paper loaded in Tray 4 (page
84 ).

A tray might have been pulled out during printing.

Check cables and connectors between the tray and the printer.

Remove and reconnect the power cord if it is not firmly plugged
into the computer.

Make sure trays are correctly loaded.

Make sure the paper guides are adjusted properly, and not skewed

84 ).
Tray 4 will not power on.

The power cord is not firmly plugged into both the printer and the
power receptacle. Remove and reconnect the power cord.
