XCALLS: lists all external procedure calls executed by a specified set of
procedures.

The meaning of the OCA option in the PREPARE and UNPREPARE commands
has changed. It now causes PREPARE to unconditionally accelerate the prepared
object file if the OCA region has been updated in any way. The meaning of
NOOCA is unchanged.

The NOPURGEUNTIL time-and-date specification in ALTER FILE may now be
specified as a Julian Timestamp. For example, the following commands are
equivalent:
ALTER FILE file-name NOPURGEUNTIL JAN 12 2014 12:30;
ALTER FILE file-name NOPURGEUNTIL 212256289800000000;

Appendix E, Preparing Base24 Programs has been added to describe how to
prepare Base24 application programs.
