CREATE MAPDB
CREATE MAPDB
Creates a set of SQL tables used to configure AutoTMF and configures the associated
AutoTMF monitor process. See
on page A-2 for guidelines about
managing the monitor process.
Because MapDB contains SQL tables, the MapDB subvolume must be created on an
audited volume.
mapdb-subvol
subvolume where MapDB tables are created.
The default MapDB subvolume name is ESCMAPDB.
volume
volume on which MapDB tables are created.
option
BACKUP 0-to-15
the cpu number of the backup monitor process.
CATALOG SQL-catalog
SQL catalog where MapDB tables are to be registered. The catalog may also
be specified by setting the catalog attribute of the =_DEFAULTS define.
If omitted, the tables are registered in the catalog where SysDB tables are
registered.
HOMETERM file-name
the home terminal for the monitor process.
