When the key switch on the SCC is turned to the LOCAL position, you change the
paths that fiber-optic signals take through the switch card (see
Figure 4-4 ) by moving
the toggle switch on the faceplate of the switch card. The toggle switch does not
indicate whether the switch is straight or crossed; to determine that, refer to
Switch
Card LEDs on page 4-9.
