Cause. The SCC unexpectedly executed self diagnostics during command execution,
and the self-diagnostics failed. A reset or PON condition might have occurred on the
switch module.

Effect. SWCI does not work properly.

Recovery. Do the following:

1. Check the configuration of the switch module device and reconfigure if necessary.

2. Check the version of SWCI installed.

3. Power the switch module device off then back on again.

Fatal Application Error Messages

One of these messages is displayed if an unrecoverable run-time error occurs during

purposes. Any occurrence of an error in this class causes SWCI to immediately
terminate.

Cause. SWCI code has reached an invalid state in the specified function.

Effect. SWCI stops immediately.

Recovery. Contact professional services.

Cause. An attempt to dynamically allocate memory within the specified function did
not complete successfully.
