section. If there were issues with invoking the license, the user will
receive an email stating “Unable to retrieve License” and if debug mode is enabled for error
logging a message will be recorded in the mxdomainmgr.0.log log stating “Unable to
retrieve license SerialNumber Serial Error PE Linux/NonStop, V01/H01 was unable to
retrieve a license for this system. Please send an email to
[email protected] with your system details”.
For NonStop agents, expired licenses will also be logged as an EMS message stating “Your
copy of PE …, H01 has expired.”
