Setting the Speaker Volume
You can adjust the MFC’s one-way speaker volume.

Press Menu , 1 , 4 , 3 .

Press or to select
( Low , Med , High or Off ).
Press Set .

Press Stop/Exit .

In Fax mode, you can adjust the speaker volume by pressing
Hook/Hold , and then selecting a speaker volume level.
Press or to adjust the volume level. The LCD shows the setting
you are choosing. Each key press changes the volume to the next
setting. The new setting will remain until you change it again.
Setting the Handset Volume

Press Menu 1 , 4 , 4 .

Press to select High or Low ,
and then press Set .

Press Stop/Exit .

You can adjust the handset volume any time you are talking on
the telephone. There are two handset volume levels,
Low and
High . The default setting is Low .
Press or to adjust the volume level. The LCD shows the
setting you are choosing. The new setting will remain until you
change it again.
