CALIBRATION USING REMOTE SCPI COMMANDS VIA GPIB OR RS 232 INTERFACE

The primary means of adjustment are the

CAL:DATA

commands. Basically these commands

are fine and coarse adjustments, however there are slight differences in how they work for dif-
ferent types of calibrations.

a. ZERO Calibrations (always done first). The only means of adjustment is the

CAL:DATA

command which provides a total of 4095 increments of adjustment start-

ing at 0, with 2047 increments in either direction to achieve maximum output levels of ±2.5% of
E

Onom

. Adjust the output to obtain the closest value to zero.
