Q: Why I cannot start WebCam server or RPb server from the SuperDVR server?
A: Other software is using WebCam/RPB ports, try changing the WebCam/RPB port or stop other software from running
on the background.

Q: Why computer display does not work and cannot display the window system?
A: The video capture card may not be installed properly, shut down the computer system, reseat the video card and boot
the computer.
Q: SuperDVR recorded lots of video files, but I cannot find the recorded data files?
A: Hard disk space may not be enough. Check for spyware on the computer which may prevents further recording. Fol-
low the recording path to see if they exist.
Q: Why the screens display is unstable with dithering and water-wave images display?
A: Camera electrical power is not enough. There is external electromagnetic disturbance, or electrostatic disturbance of
camera BNC connector (It is suggested to connect ground wire to the connector). Install the necessary VGA driver, try
reinstalling the VGA card, or changing to another VGA card and/or another monitor output.
Q: Playback recorded video file and opening/closing SuperDVR driver seems to have some delay or slow?
A: Windows system problem, try to reboot the computer. Too many recorded files, too many applications using system
resources, or too many fragments on the hard drive which requires time to search for the files causing delay or slow
