Alarms
The VN-Matrix 300 is configured to generate alarms for range of error conditions. A list of
these error conditions and their meanings are presented on the following pages.
Alarms can be monitored at a number of locations throughout the WEB GUI:

In the list immediately below the
Filter Settings
box. This details the alarm
conditions that are currently active on the system.

box. This provides a historical log of
when an alarm condition was raised and cleared.

Where a Traffic light symbol in the Status Column is used to represent the status of a
device.

In the top right hand corner of each page in the GUI.
Where the device status and system status is displayed.
In addition the red LED located on the front panel of the VN-Matrix 300 illuminates
whenever a critical alarm is triggered.
Alarm conditions, once triggered, will be remain active until the error that caused it has
cleared and then for a further 5 seconds.
