Bandwidth Management Page — Videoport (Encoder)
Click the Bandwidth tab on the Configure page. The Bandwidth (see figure 20) page
opens.

The Bandwidth page provides for the control of the spatial and temporal compression
settings for the encoded source.
The available controls are arranged as two main groups:
z
Bandwidth Management (Standard control) — Provides a simple interface used to
configure a subset of the VN-Matrix 300 compression toolset.
z Advanced settings — Provides (advanced) control of the complete VN-Matrix 300
compression toolset. To hide this area, click the
Standard button in the Bandwidth
Management control section.
NOTE: When hiding the Advanced control area section, default settings are applied
to some of the controls. These settings remain in force while the Standard
area controls are in use and will cancel any changes that were made
previously.
