3.6 UNPACKING
Move the equipment in it’s original packing, carton box or wooden case, until the place of installation
and remove the packing and the transport sockets only just before installing the UPS.
Procedure for the unpacking of the UPS:

• Make sure to have sufficient space
around the UPS before you start
unpacking.
• Cut the two straps “A” fixing the carton
box.

• Remove package “B and C”.
• Remove the protection “D” outside the
cabinet and the accessories bag.
• Use a forklift to raise the UPS from the
floor.
• Remove the three wooden plates “E”.

Be aware of the heavy
weight of the UPS, in
particular if already
equipped with Batteries.
Included in the delivery you can find the following parts:
• CD-ROM connectivity
• Control Bus cables (only for RPA parallel system) • An accessories bag
NOTE !
The wheels are designed only for limited movements on the installation site.
