I

n mode "Flow", the instrument determines a volume or flow value out

of the measured differential pressure. The differential pressure is

generated by means of effective pressure transmitters such as e.g.

impact pressure probes or orifices and depends on the volume or flow.
F

our flow modes are available; volume flow, standard volume flow

(E

uropean standards), standard volume flow (American standards)

and flow.

T

he VEGADIF 55 software is also equipped with two sum counters.

T

he sum counters sum up the volume or flow. For both sum counters,

the counting function and unit can be adjusted separately. The first

sum counter (sum counter 1) can be reset to zero at any time whereas
the second (sum counter 2) sums up from the setup to the flow and

cannot be reset.
