.1 Warning instructions
Warning:
I
f there is pressure acting on the instrument that is less than the
permissible min. pressure, the messages "E120 sensor low pressure"
and "E727 pressure transmitter overdriven" are outputted.
I
f there is pressure acting on the instrument that is higher than the
permissible max. pressure, the messages "E115 sensor gauge
pressure"
and "E727 pressure transmitter overdriven" are outputted.
M
essages E727, E115 and E120 are message types "Error" and can
be configured as "Warning" or "Alarm". As a default setting, these
messages are set to "Warning". This setting avoids that in applications
(
e.g. cascade measurement) where overdriving of the sensor
measuring range is consciously accepted, the current output takes on
the set alarm current value.
I
n the following cases, we recommend setting the messages E727,
E
115
and E120 to "Alarm":
F
or the application, it is not necessary to overdrive the sensor range.
A
position adjustment should be carried out which must correct a large
deviation of the measuring range due to the installation position of the
instrument (e.g. instruments with isolating diaphragm).
