When the Interface is installed,
the switch on the balance can initate
print commands as follows:
1. Short press when only one one one one one measuring unit is set on.
2. Slightly extended press when more than one more than one more than one more than one more than one measuring unit is on.
3. Longer press turns the balance off off off off off .
The display indicates -P- and the external device will print. Data output is in the format
shown under the P command in the RS232 Command Table.
Data output can also be initiated as follows:
1. Using the Auto Print feature.
2. Sending a print command (“P”) from a computer.
3. Using an external print switch.
When the interface is connected to a computer, two way communication between the
computer and balance is possible using the commands outlined in the RS232
Command Table.
