6 INTRODUCTION AND APPLICATION
The M&C electrically heated universal filter FT- …-H2 reliably separates off solids, in particular
extremely fine particles, occurring in analysis techniques in gas filtration, using very fine, deep-acting
filter elements. It is constructed especially for hot gas analysis technique at 180°C.
6.1 SERIAL NUMBERS
The nameplates bearing the serial number are located on the mounting plate.

Always quote the device's serial number when making enquiries and
ordering replacement parts.
6.2 POWER SUPPLY
The universal filter series FT-
…-H2 can be operated on alternating current in the range from 230 to
240V, 50Hz or 115V, 60Hz.
