Pause The printing process has been suspended by setting the printer off-line. The On Line
light goes off.
ACTION: None.
PCL 5e The printer is set to PCL 5e emulation. The On Line light remains on.
ACTION: None.
PO A paper tray is out of paper.
Media status is indicated in the display as UPPER/LOWER, indicating status of
upper tray and lower tray. For example: PO/A4 indicates that the upper tray is
out of paper and the lower tray is loaded with A4 paper.
The On Line light remains on.
ACTION: Re-load the applicable paper tray.
PS2 The printer is set to PostScript Level 2 emulation. The On Line light remains on.
ACTION: None.
Repl Drum The Photoconductor / Drum has worn out. The Supply and Error lights remain on.
ACTION: Replace the Photoconductor / Drum.
Repl Toner Toner has run out. The Supply and Error lights remain on.
ACTION: Replace the Toner Cartridge.
Repl Drum&Toner The Photoconductor / Drum has reached its rated life and toner has run out. The Supply
and Error lights remain on.
ACTION: Replace the Photoconductor / Drum and Toner Cartridge.
Self Test The printer is testing itself at power on. The On Line light goes on at the completion of
testing.
ACTION: None.
Toner Low Toner in reservoir is getting low. The Supply light remains on.
ACTION: Order a new Toner Cartridge.
