The Save As dialog box displays.
4. In the Save in box, select a location for the Phonebook.
5. In the File name box, type a name for the Phonebook.
6. Click the arrow next to Save as type and click one of
the following formats:
• Phonebook files (*.phn)
• Delimited text files (*.txt)
7. Click Save.

Type a Phonebook
name.

Save as type and then
click the type you want.
