Device Specific Errors Table 4-8 lists the device-specific errors that can occur during arbitrary/function
generator operation. These errors may indicate that the instrument needs repair.
Query Errors Table 4-9 lists the error codes that are returned in response to an unanswered query.
Power-on Events These events occur when the instrument detects an off to on transition in its power
supply.
