Interface configuration

msh> rendezvous linklocal
“interface_name”

• If many types of interface are in-

stalled, configure the interface
that communicates with linklo-
cal address.

• If you do not specify an inter-

face, the Ethernet interface is
automatically selected.

• ip1394 can be specified only

when the IEEE 1394 interface is
installed.

• wlan can be specified only when

the IEEE 802.11b interface is in-
stalled.

route

Use the “route” command to control
the routing table.

msh> route

Specified route information display

msh> route “destination”

• Specify the IP address to desti-

nation.

Enabling/disabling Specified Destina-

tion

msh> route active {host|net}
“destination” {on | off}

• You can turn the specified desti-

nation on or off. Host becomes
the default setting.

Adding Routing Table

msh> route add {host|net}
“destination” “gateway”

• Adds a host or network route to

“destination”, and a gateway
address to “gateway” in the ta-
ble.

• Specify the IP address to desti-

nation and gateway.

• Host becomes the default set-

ting.

Deleting Specified destination from

msh> route delete {host|net}

• Host becomes the default set-

ting.

• IP address of destination can be

specified.

Route Flush
