3-3. Logical Drive Creation Procedure
1. Start FastBuild Utility.
2. Press the [1] key on the Main Menu to activate [View Drive Assignments].

3. Check the connection status of HDDs connected to each channel.

Whether all HDDs connected to the disk array controller is recognized.

Whether the capacities of the HDDs are indicated correctly and whether all the
HDDs have the same capacity.

Whether every "Assignment" is set to "Free."

If HDDs of different capacities are connected, contact your service
representative.

If a new HDD or a HDD replaced for maintenance is connected and
"Assignment" is set to "LD x-x," contact your service representative.
4. After making sure that all the HDDs are indicated and connected correctly, press
the [Esc] key to return to the Main Menu.
