Creep function is available only when Booklet Pagination (except Adhe-
sive Binding mode) has been already selected.
Use this function in combination with Page Interval to make space be-
tween the two images widening gradually from the inner pages to the out-
er pages in a folded/folded&stapled and trimmed booklet, so that the
outer margin should be uniform on all pages through.
Enter the creep amount of the images on the outermost page, while en-
tering the page interval amount of the images on the innermost page.
