15.17 AT+CSMS Select Message Service
Common for both PDU and Text Modes
Selects messaging service . It returns the types of messages
supported by the ME: for mobile terminated messages, for
mobile originated messages and for broadcast type messages. If
the chosen service is not supported by the ME (but is supported by the
TA), final result code +CMS ERROR: is returned.
