Troubleshooting
This section discusses problems you may encounter and their likely
solutions. (Paper jam problems are discussed earlier in this chapter.)
Locate the problem in the list below and work through the
suggested solutions. If the exact problem is not listed, look for one
of a similar type. Many of the problems may not be as serious as you
first think and can be corrected easily.
If the suggestions below do not solve the problem, call the Epson
Consumer Information Center at 1-800-922-891 1 for the location of
the nearest Epson Customer Care Center.
