Paper Jam Problems
1. Open the printer.
2. Lift out the basket as shown previously in
this
section.
3. Remove
the
jammed paper.
WARNING: If it is necessary to pull it from beneath the
fuser unit, be careful not to touch
the
fuser unit, which
becomes hot during printer operation.

Reinstall the basket by aligning the arrow on
the
back of
the
basket with the arrow on the printer case and lowering
the
basket into place.
Press down simultaneously on the drum unit’s two green
handles until the unit clicks into place.
Close the
cover.
Press
the ON LINE
button to set the printer on line and resume
printing.
