7. Remove the drum unit from the basket by lifting up on the green
handles. (Avoid touching or scratching the green drum.) Place
the drum in a plastic bag and seal the bag. Then wrap the drum
it its original packing materials (Be sure to use the black plastic
wrapper to protect the drum from light.)
8. Remove the developer unit from the basket. (Be sure not to
touch the roller on the developer unit.)
CAUTION: Do not lift the developer unit by grasping the
toner cartridge. The cartridge may pop off and spill toner.
Also, do not remove the toner cartridge from the
developer unit.
9. Locate the red plastic protector, which was included with the
original packing materials. Place the protector under the
developer, fitting the gaps on the protector around the hooks
directly beneath the developer roller.
