Maintenance Messages
4. Remove the drum unit from the basket by lifting up on the green
handles. Discard the drum unit.
5. Unpack the new drum and the cotton swab (packed with the
drum). Insert the drum in the basket.
CAUTIONS:
l
Do not touch the surface of the green drum.
l
The drum is light-sensitive and should not be exposed
to room light for any longer than necessary (a few
minutes at most). It is recommended that you cover
the drum unit with a soft cloth or sheet of paper
whenever the drum is exposed.
