This section configures the IEC-870-5-101 Database.
2.2.1 Short Pulse Time
0 to 2,147,483,647 (2 raised to the power of 31, minus 1) milliseconds
This parameter defines the number of milliseconds to be associated with a short
pulse command.

0 to 2,147,483,647 (2 raised to the power of 31, minus 1) milliseconds
