4.4 Connect the Adapter to the Network
The maximum number of stations on the same network is 32.
4.4.1 Connect to the Adapter
Connect your drop cable (using either line A or B) to the adapter as shown
below:
1 Connect the cable shield to the housing of the DSUB. The shield is
connected to the FLEX I/O chassis ground.
2 Connect the data signal pins on both ends (Signal + Pin #3 and Signal –
Pin#8).
