CHECK 3: The installation may have been stopped
without finishing. To reinstall both the printer driver
and the USB device driver
With Windows 98 or Windows Me, follow the procedure below.
1
Uninstall the printer driver.
• First, click the Start button, point to Settings , and then click
Control Panel .
• Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon in the Con-
trol Panel dialog to open the Add/Remove Programs Proper-
ties dialog.
• Select Laser Printer 300 Series PCL6 , and then click Add/
Remove to uninstall the printer driver.
Then, continue with the procedure described in “Uninstalling the
USB Device Driver” on page 4-80.
