Switching Between the Expanded and Reduced Views
You can use the following procedure to switch between the expanded
and reduced views of the Printer Status Display.
On the Display menu, click Reduce to reduce the size of the display,
or Expand to expand it.
• The expanded view is the normal size shown under “Using the Sta-
tus Display” on page 4-61. The reduced view is shown below.

Use the Help menu to display online help about the Status Display.
