2. Enter the details as per the following table.

Field Name Description
Proxy Name Provide a name to the Template Proxy.
This is the only mandatory field on this screen
IP Address Enter the IP Address of the Proxy. You also need to choose if the IP Address is of
the type Static or DHCP
Battery size When the device is running on battery, the percentage of battery strength
available is displayed in this field.
MAC Address Provide the MAC Address.
In computer networking, a Media Access Control address (MAC address) is a
unique identifier assigned to most network adapters or network interface cards
(NICs) by the manufacturer for identification and used in the Media Access
Control protocol sub layer.
Time Zone Select the time zone from the drop-down list
