8-PROBLEMS/CAUSES/SOLUTIONS
The stove reports that the smoke
temperature is too high or the smoke
probe is faulty.
Excessive pellet load.
Reduce the pellet load by following the
instruction provided herein.
Unsuitable pellets.
Empty the hopper from the unsuitable
pellets and replace them with those
recommended by the manufacturer.
Room fan power too low.
Increase fan speed.
The structure overheats due to reduced
heat dissipation.
Verify the correct position of the stove.
Faulty room fan.
Replace the faulty component.
Faulty smoke probe.
Replace the faulty component.
Clogged smoke outlet.
Clean the smoke exhaust.
Pellets accumulate in the brazier.
Excessive pellet load.
Decrease the pellet load.
Insufficient combustion air.
Make sure the combustion air inlet in the
rear part of the stove is not clogged or
obstructed.
Damp or unsuitable pellets.
Empty the hopper from the unsuitable
pellets and replace them with those
recommended by the manufacturer.
The door is open.
Make sure the door is closed.

Worn gaskets.
