ALARM ALERTS
If an operating anomaly occurs, the product enters the shutdown phase due to an alarm and informs the user regarding the type of fault
by means of a message on the control panel display.
The following table describes the possible alarms indicated by the product and possible solutions to fix the problem.

SAFETY ALARM
Evacuation is not efficient either due to a hole in
the flue duct or counter-pressure.
The pellet hopper temperature exceeds the set
threshold.
Overheating of the structure.
Check and clean the ENTIRE smoke duct. Protect the
outlet from the external wind.
Operation for too many hours at an elevated power
has led to overheating. Check the current recipe
parameters. The air fan does not work. Replace it.
SMOKE FAN ALARM
The smoke fan is stuck and is not turning.
Verify whether the smoke fan compartment is clean,
and particularly if it is blocked by dirt.
Smoke fan failure. Replace it.
SMOKE PROBE ALARM The smoke probe has short-circuited and does
not detect the exhaust smoke temperature.
Replace the smoke probe.
NO START ALARM
This occurs after a failed attempt to ignite the
stove or when the stove ignites once the tank is
completely empty.
Check the level of pellets in the hopper. Check/replace
the ignition spark plug if it is not hot.
SMOKE TEMP. ALARM
The smoke temperature has exceeded certain
pre-set limits.
The stove switches off automatically. Let the stove cool
down for a few minutes and then switch it on again. If
the alarm persists, call the service centre.
NO FIRE ALARM
This occurs when the stove goes out and when
the temperature of the smoke sensor is below
the preset threshold.
This is caused by the stove switching off due to the
absence of fuel (empty tank) or by an excess of pellets
in the brazier which suffocates the flame.
Check that the brazier rests correctly in its seat and has
no visible deposits of unburned pellets.
