8-PROBLEMS/CAUSES/SOLUTIONS
ATTENTION!
All repairs must only be carried out by a specialised technician, with the product switched off and the plug
disconnected.
If the product is NOT used as described in this manual, the manufacturer declines all liability for any damage caused
to persons and property.
All the necessary measures and/or precautions must be adopted when performing maintenance, cleaning and
repairs.
• Do not tamper with the safety devices.
• Do not remove the safety devices.
• Connect the product to an efficient smoke expulsion system.
• Verify that the room in which the product will be installed is adequately ventilated.
ANOMALY

The stove reports failed ignition.
The feed screw is empty when an initial
start-up is implemented or due to the
pellets having finished.
Wait for the pellets to be loaded.
The hopper is empty.
Fill the hopper.
Foreign bodies have blocked the feed
screw.
Remove the foreign bodies from the feed
screw.
The gear motor is faulty.
Replace the faulty component.
The stove indicates that the fire has
gone out anomalously.
Pellets are not being fed into the
combustion chamber.
Wait for the pellets to be loaded.
The fuel tank is empty.
Fill the hopper.
Low pellet feed rate.
Increase the pellet load.
Unsuitable pellets.
Empty the hopper from the unsuitable
pellets and replace them with those recom-
mended by the manufacturer.
The door is open.
Make sure the door is closed.
The brazier is dirty.
Clean the brazier.
Clogged smoke outlet.
Clean the smoke exhaust.
Worn gaskets.
Replace the gaskets.
Foreign bodies have blocked the feed
screw.
Remove the foreign bodies from the feed
screw.
The gear motor is faulty
Replace the faulty component.
