SWITCHING FROM MANUAL TO AUTOMATIC MODE
To switch from MANUAL to AUTOMATIC operation simply press button 1 twice (consecutively). The mode change will appear on the display,
the light on the symbol will switch off and it will be necessary to set the required temperature.
By default, as soon as you switch from manual to automatic mode, the SET TEMPERATURE is 40°C.
AUTOMATIC MODE
Operation in AUTOMATIC mode allows you to set a certain temperature that the room needs to reach; the stove automatically varies the
heat output power so as to reach and keep the temperature in the room constant at the set value.
To increase the set temperature by increments of 1 centigrade, press button 2, and, in the same way, use button 1 to decrease it.
Example of operation:
If the room temperature reading provided by the local probe positioned on the stove is 15°C, and the temperature setting on the
thermostat is 20°C, the stove will switch to the 5th power (in sequence), and once the set temperature is reached (20°C) the stove will
go into modulation, gradually lowering the power in order to maintain the set temperature, and the words “ON ECO” will appear on the
display.
Please note that the stove's room probe is positioned near the hot body and is therefore affected by the heat it radiates.
It may be necessary to set the stove thermostat at 23°C (example) to achieve a temperature of 20°C throughout the entire room.
The required room temperature can be set from two devices:
• External thermostat
• Eco stop
External thermostat (optional)
The room thermostat is not included with the stove and must be installed by a qualified technician.
ATTENTION!
The electrical wires must not make contact with the hot parts of the stove.
The stove can also be connected to an external thermostat. The procedure below must be followed for the electrical connection:
• Connect the two wires of the cable coming from the room thermostat to the two free terminals of the connector (position 13
