■ To open an individual data (xcp) fi le
Double-click the xcp fi le you want to open. This starts up ClassPad Manager, automatically imports
the data in the xcp fi le into the Active Document folder.
• Clicking [OK] after double-clicking an xcp fi le that contains an eActivity will open the eActivity
automatically.
• Clicking [OK] after double-clicking a non-eActivity xcp fi le will display the application menu. You
can check the imported data using Variable Manager or the Exchange Window.

■ To import a single individual data (xcp) fi le into a particular virtual ClassPad

On the Exchange Window, click the icon of the virtual ClassPad into which you want to import
the fi le.

Click [File] - [Import to "

• This displays the Open dialog box.

Click the xcp fi le you want to import and then click [Open].
• This imports data of the selected xcp fi le into the vcp fi le you selected in step 1.
Tip
• You can drag xcp fi les from Windows Explorer and drop them onto Virtual ClassPads, ClassPads,
or folders.
• You can also drag xcp fi les to the Handheld Assistant to automatically install them on multiple
ClassPads.
