3.3 Mechanical components
DC disconnect
The DC disconnect is located at the top right of the housing. DC disconnects are used to separate the string
monitoring box from the PV generator when carrying out service work.
Disconnecting the string monitoring box from the PV generator
" Switch the DC disconnect from 1 (ON) to 0 (OFF).
Connecting the string monitoring box to the PV generator
" Switch the DC disconnect from 0 (OFF) to 1 (ON).
