5 Transportation and Delivery
5.1 Delivery
The string monitoring box is subjected to extensive testing and inspections in our test field. Only by doing so
can we ensure the high quality of our products. Our units leave our factory in faultless electrical and mechanical
condition. Special packaging ensures safe and careful transportation. However, the possibility of damage in
transit cannot be ruled out completely. The shipping company bears responsibility in such cases.

• Mounting parts
• Documentation
Checking your delivery
1. Thoroughly inspect the string monitoring box.
2. Immediately notify the shipping company in case of the following:
– Damage to the packaging that indicates possible damage to the string monitoring box,
– Obvious damage to the string monitoring box.
3. Send an immediate damage report to the shipping company.
The damage report must be delivered in writing to the shipping company within six days of receipt. We will be
glad to help you, if necessary.
5.2 Transportation
WARNING
Impact hazard, risk of breakage to the string monitoring box
› Pack the string monitoring box securely for transport.
› Transport the string monitoring box carefully using the the pallet carrying handles.
› Do not subject the string monitoring box to shocks or vibrations.
When transporting the string monitoring box, the original or equivalent packaging is to be used, as this ensures safe
transport.
