Connecting the main DC leads
The main DC leads are inserted into the string monitoring box through cable fittings (M50) on the the underside of
the housing. The cable fittings are located in the centre of the connection area.
CAUTION
Risk of damage.
Ensure that the polarity is correct when you make the connection. An incorrect connection can
damage the string monitoring box.
NOTICE
The string monitoring box is equipped with bolt terminals for connecting the main DC leads. These
terminals may be connected to cables with a maximum cross section of 240 mm². The bolt terminals
are equipped with M12 bolts. For that reason, leads must be equipped with the appropriate cable lug
